Terms of use
Launch-preparation terms for a child-directed product, not a substitute for legal advice. Add the operator's verified legal identity, jurisdiction, governing law, support contact and any required consumer terms before publishing.
Who may use Minutes Game
Minutes Game is a free game directed to children. A parent or carer should read these terms and the parents page. Where local law requires a guardian to agree to terms on a child's behalf, the guardian's agreement is what applies.
Playing fairly
Play for personal entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the game, automate play, tamper with stored scores, interfere with other people's devices, or distribute altered copies or misleading challenge links.
No purchases and no real-money rewards
There is nothing to buy. Scores, streaks, badges, virtual lives and any virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn. Minutes Game is not gambling, contains no wagering, and does not offer prizes, cash or gift cards.
No accounts and no social features
The game works without signing in. There is no chat, messaging or player-to-player contact, and no way to publish text or images inside the app. Progress is saved only on the device being used.
Progress may be lost
Because progress is stored on the device, it can disappear if browser data is cleared, private browsing is used, the app is uninstalled, or the device is replaced. We cannot restore lost progress, as we hold no copy.
Availability and changes
Games, puzzles, modes, scoring and features may change or be withdrawn. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The Minutes Game name, interface, original puzzle logic, artwork and written content belong to the operator or are used with permission. Sharing a generated result image or challenge link is welcome. Republishing the application as your own is not permitted.
Third-party services
This build loads no third-party advertising, analytics or payment service. If any is added later it must be suitable for a child audience and non-personalised, and the privacy policy and parents page must be updated to name it before it goes live.
Grown-up checks
Some actions ask a short arithmetic question first. This is intended to keep younger children out of settings that change saved data. It is not identity verification and should not be relied on as a parental control; device-level controls remain the responsibility of the parent or carer.
Contact and updates
Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page. The operator's verified legal identity, jurisdiction, governing law and a monitored support contact must be added before public release.
